Specialities
It is entirely possible to extend this chalet as a second home or to sell a 30% stake to foreigners.
It is located in a residential area with small buildings (possibly 2 apartments), and buildings do not intrude on this location in the heart of the Nendaz resort.
For a principal residence, it will be possible to extend the property in accordance with the restrictions of the Nendaz municipal development plan.
A design office is available for the extension or future renovation of this chalet by CJ Construction.

This chalet was built in 1967 and renovated in 2011 and 2022.
